Kuturye is an ordinary man who earns money by carrying kegs. On an ordinary day, the keg, which carried by him, begins to roll during an ordinary identity check. It crosses the country boundary and causes a series of tragic-comic disasters; there is an inter-country political crisis, the war begins and the world economy collapses. In the play, the three narrators run after the keg rolling and try to convey this tragic and funny story to us. Quarrel gang members, embassies of different countries, the queen, the richest man in the country, the women of high society, the narrators are so confused with the confusion caused by the keg that they forget the main hero of the story Kuturye. Where is Kuturye? What has he done? Kuturye will be rich in the story. While his keg is causing so many things, these three narrators, who cannot solve how Kuturye gets rich, try to understand how Kuturye gets rich and the story with the help of the audience.
